Are you a self-confessed aficionado who enjoys tinkering with IT technologies? We are looking for a customer oriented and self-starter to provide level 1 and 2 technical support for our cloud computing products and services.
What we seek in you?
✓ Be a part of operational support team which operates a 24×7 support center
✓ Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email
✓ Ensure uptime and performance monitoring of network, servers and services
✓ Perform service delivery and managed services support in areas of monitoring, backup, security, system administration, servers and web applications.
✓ Provide level 1 and 2 technical support as part of the NOC team
✓ Good working knowledge of hardware such as Supermicro and Dell servers, Fortigate firewalls, Cisco/Juniper switches
✓ Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems
Extra brownie points if you have these:
✓ Knowledge of level 2 technical support would be advantageous
✓ 3+ years of experience in data center environment
✓ Strong analytical abilities and attention to details
✓ Good interpersonal and communication skills
