  • Can I edit my documents online?
    • Yes you can edit common documents like word or excel online
  • Is my server shared or dedicated?
    • All packages come with a separate virtual server that is dedicated only to you.
    • With a dedicated virtual server, users are not affected by “noisy neighbor”, where a co-tenant in a shared virtual server can monopolizes bandwidth, CPU and other resources which can negatively affect your virtual server performance.

  • Do I need to backup my data?
    • As part of the managed services, your data will be backed up daily and you could reach out to our friendly customer support to help you restore to the most recent backup.
    • In addition to our daily backup, we encourage users to use the intuitive and user friendly backup tool that comes with the Plesk management console to backup their websites as and when needed. This self service backup tool gives users the flexibility and control over the revision versions of the websites to be backed up and restored when necessary.
  • Do I need to maintain the server?
    • No, this bundled offering comes with managed services that include server patching and security updates.
