  • Do I need to maintain LBaaS server?
    • No this is a fully managed service all maintenance is done by us once per week between 1 am and 5 am
  • Is my LBaaS service shared or dedicated?
    • Your LBaaS service resources are dedicated to you
  • Do I need to backup any LBaaS data?
    • As this is fully managed we take care of the backups of the configuration
  • What is the underlying LBaaS software?
    • The LBaaS uses HAProxy as its underlying software
  • Can I edit the LBaaS configuration files?
    • No you can only use the web based interface to control the configuration. There is no direct access to the raw configuration files.
