Cryptocurrency Payment
(Terms and Conditions)
General
These Payment Terms and Conditions govern the use of Cryptocurrency (“Crypto”) as your selected payment method for eligible ICONZ-Webvisions (iWV) products and services. By opting to pay by Crypto, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, do not select Crypto as your payment method. We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove or impose access restrictions or limits on our acceptance of Crypto as payment method at any time without liability to you, in our sole and absolute discretion.
Crypto as Payment Method
To pay by Crypto, you have to transfer and convert your Cryptocurrency into Singapore dollars to top up your credit account. Your credit account will be debited when you purchase product and services.
It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient fund in your credit account to enjoy the services. Insufficient fund will lead to suspension and eventually discontinuation of services.
We will provide you a digital wallet address (“Crypto Address”) for you to send the Cryptocurrency to. It is your responsibility to confirm and verify that the alphanumeric code that we provide to you is accurately reflected in the recipient field of your digital wallet as Crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
Transactions Completed Once Confirmed
Once a Crypto transaction is submitted to the Crypto network, it will be pending status until the Crypto network confirms the transfer. You will be informed by email when the payment is successful.
Refund
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, taking into consideration operational efficiency to refund you either in Singapore dollars, US dollars, or equivalent in Cryptocurrency. A 3% administrative fee will be charged for each refund. You are also responsible for fees levied by the Crypto network operators or banks. As your credit account is denominated in Singapore dollars and if the refund is in Crypto or US dollars, the value of such amount relative to Singapore dollars may be significantly less than the value at the time of your top up. We are not responsible for managing these exchange fluctuations.
Crypto Network Protocols and Security
We have no control over the software protocols that govern the operation of the Crypto network which are subject to changes in operating rules. Hackers or malicious groups may attempt to interfere with the Crypto network and transactions in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, Malware attacks, Denial of Service attacks, Consensus-based attacks, Sybil attacks, Smurfing and Spoofing.
We are not responsible or liable for any security incident that results in any failed transaction or financial loss.
Law and Regulation
The legal and regulatory environment surrounding digital assets continues to evolve in many jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. You agree to provide us or our partner with information for the purposes of verifying your identity and the detection of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crimes and permit us to keep a record of such information.
You confirm that the information is accurate and agree to keep us updated if there are changes. You agree that your personal information may be disclosed to fraud prevention or financial crime agencies when demanded.
